This website is owned and operated by Body Blacksmith LLC ("The Body Blacksmith"). By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. You may use this website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only.

All programs, exercise demonstrations, written materials, graphics, and website content are the intellectual property of Body Blacksmith LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, share credentials, or use any content for unauthorized commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Coaching and educational content provided through this website and through Body Blacksmith coaching services is for fitness and educational purposes only. It is not medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional medical advice.

If you have a medical condition, symptoms, injury, pregnancy-related considerations, medication concerns, or other health circumstances that may affect exercise or nutrition, consult an appropriate qualified healthcare professional before participating.

The Body Blacksmith does not guarantee any specific fitness, physique, glute-development, strength, health, body-composition, performance, or timeline outcome. Individual results vary based on factors including training adherence, nutrition, recovery, sleep, medical status, genetics, stress, and other individual circumstances.

Public prices, service descriptions, and available coaching options may be updated prospectively. Existing client obligations remain governed by the applicable signed coaching agreement and selected service terms in effect at enrollment.

This website and coaching services may involve or link to third-party platforms including Stripe, Jotform, Trainerize, scheduling tools, and Invincible Fitness.

Third-party providers operate under their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and service policies. The Body Blacksmith does not control those independent policies or systems, except to the extent applicable law or a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

In-person coaching takes place at Invincible Fitness in Spring, Texas. A separate Invincible Fitness membership or other facility access required by that facility must be obtained and maintained by the client and is not included in Body Blacksmith coaching fees.

Invincible Fitness membership dues, enrollment charges, facility rules, operating hours, closures, access decisions, and other facility requirements are separate from The Body Blacksmith. The Body Blacksmith does not own, operate, or control Invincible Fitness.

Foundation Coaching, Transformation Coaching, Accelerated Coaching, and Online Coaching are month-to-month recurring coaching services. Clients may cancel before the next renewal date. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period. Payments already processed are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly provided in the signed coaching agreement.

The signed enrollment agreement controls if there is a conflict between these website Terms and the client's signed coaching agreement.

4-3-2 Foundation is a fixed 12-week coaching program with a defined program term. It is not a cancel-anytime monthly coaching service.

The applicable price, payment terms, cancellation rights, and other program obligations are provided during enrollment and are governed by the client's signed coaching agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas to the extent applicable, subject to mandatory consumer protections and venue rules that cannot lawfully be waived. If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
