4. Health-Readiness Information

Health-readiness information (including PAR-Q responses) is treated as sensitive. It is used solely for safety assessment, coaching suitability, and related operational purposes. We do not sell client health information.

  • Stripe payment processing and billing.
  • Jotform enrollment agreements, waivers, and intake forms.
  • Trainerize coaching delivery and program management.

6. Media and Progress Photos

Media permissions (including progress photos) are separate from service eligibility. Marketing use of your image or likeness occurs only according to the media permission you selected during enrollment.

The Body Blacksmith is a fitness coaching business and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

  • Health-readiness information provided during enrollment is collected for safety, coaching suitability, and related operational purposes. We handle this information as sensitive information and apply applicable federal and state privacy requirements.
