Monthly Coaching Cancellation
Need to cancel monthly coaching? Complete the official Monthly Coaching Cancellation Request. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current paid billing period according to your signed coaching agreement.
This form applies to Foundation Coaching, Transformation Coaching, Accelerated Coaching, and Body Blacksmith Online Coaching. It does not apply to the fixed 12-week 4-3-2 Foundation program.
